Campus chapters are the heart of URGE’s work. All over the US, groups of dedicated students are working tirelessly for reproductive justice -- tackling issues specific to their campus, speaking out about state policy, & contributing to national campaigns.

Texas A&M University

College Station, TX

Feminists for Reproductive Equity & Education (F.R.E.E.) is Texas A&M University’s official URGE chapter. (Note: We were previously named Pro-Choice Aggies and Aggies for RJ)

We are a non-partisan direct action group whose mission is to fight for the Reproductive Justice movement. This movement is rooted in the belief that all individuals & communities must have the knowledge, resources, & power to make sustainable & liberating decisions about their bodies & lives. Our current efforts focus on abortion access and ending sexual assault on our campus. We recently received an Innovations in Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accountability (IIDEA) Grant from Texas A&M to provide much-needed consent/Title IX workshops for our student body. We work at the local, state, and national level. Join the movement today! We accept new members and officers year-round.
