Amberly Kimbrough (she/her)

Alabama State Coordinator

Amberly Kimbrough is a California native that has now made her home in Huntsville, Alabama. After falling in love with the beautiful landscape and abundant wildlife of the South, she originally planned a career working in the outdoors and studied at Auburn University’s College of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences. Her studies were instrumental in her pursuit of understanding and protecting the world we live in, including its people. From teaching at Space Camp to coordinating large-scale corporate events, Amberly has enjoyed engaging with people from all backgrounds and is excited to continue this work at an organization that prioritizes justice for marginalized peoples. In her spare time, Amberly can be found experimenting in the kitchen, playing board games, or absorbed in a book.
