Policy Assistant

Faith García (She/Her/Ella) is Queer, Chicana, re-connecting Indigenous Woman who is system-impacted. She graduated from the California State University of San Marcos, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Political science and a double minor in Women’s Studies and Sociology. Faith places a strong emphasis on civic engagement, inclusive excellence, equity, abolition, social justice, reproductive justice, survivors, and immigration through the lens of Intersectional Feminism. She is dedicated to being a life-long learner and loves to learn from those in her community. Faith believes in the power of community and is excited to work with URGE on expanding reproductive justice, access, and knowledge!
