Kelly brings nearly two decades of experience in the nonprofit and advocacy sector to her work in building power with progressive state legislators. Since she joined SiX in 2017, Kelly launched the country’s only cross-state cohort of state legislators committed to reproductive freedom (www.sixrepro.org) with more than 400 state legislators from around the country, built a team of five, and piloted game-changing programs like convening a delegation of state legislators to visit El Salvador to understand the devastating impact of abortion bans. Kelly serves on the board of URGE (Unite for Reproductive & Gender Equity) and is a recent Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice Fellow with the Rockwood Leadership Institute.
