Khalia Kennedy is a 1st year college student at Troy University working toward a B.F.A in Digital Studio Arts with a minor in computer science. She is also a dedicated social justice advocate and is involved in several organizations on campus. She served on the Youth Leadership Council of Alabama Alliance for Healthy Youth, a statewide initiative of young adults that worked to influence policies and programs that support sexual health. She currently serves as Vice President of Troy University’s Women’s Initiative and President of Troy’s URGE chapter. She was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama.
