“Today’s ruling keeps Mifepristone accessible – for now. Pregnant people throughout the South and Midwest can still access medication abortion through telehealth and by mail. Young people deserve more, they deserve access to abortion and miscarriage management with dignity. Decades of evidence have proven that Mifepristone is both safe and effective, including when it’s provided through telehealth and by mail. By engaging in attacks against medication abortion, our federal courts are playing into the anti-abortion political game that uses young people as pawns in their agenda. ”
