Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion

URGE centers the voices of young people of color who are women, queer, trans, nonbinary, and/or financially vulnerable. We organize within these communities to advocate for meaningful change via community-centered solutions, allied government power and narrative transformation.

We actively invest in on-the-ground organizing through our chapters in Alabama, Georgia, Kansas, Ohio, California, and Texas.

We create celebratory and supportive spaces for all bodies, genders, abilities, and sexual expressions.
