Position: Senior Director of People and Culture
Location: Remote
Salary: $150,000-$160,000, commensurate with experience.

Position: Southern States Field Director
Location: Remote, candidates living or working in Southern states will be considered. Position requires travel to Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Washington, D.C. and other program locations.
Salary: $110,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience.

Position: Alabama State Coordinator

Location: Remote, must reside in Alabama. Travel is required at 40% (Travel needs include in-state programming, in addition to Washington, DC and other program locations.)  Candidates must be able to drive, have personal transportation and the ability to travel to organizing sites across the state. Candidates must be prepared to work from a home office with equipment provided by URGE. 

Salary: $65,000 annual salary + benefits

Position: California State Organizer

Location: Remote, must reside in Northern or Central California. In-state travel  in Northern and Central California is required at 40%. Candidates must be able to drive, have personal transportation and the ability to travel to organizing sites across the state, including by plane. Candidates must be prepared to work from a home office with equipment provided by URGE. 

Compensation: Part-time, temporary (9-month term), non-exempt: 25hrs/wk with a wage of $33/hr + benefits

Position: Texas State Organizer

Location: Remote, must reside in Texas. Preference for within driving distance of Austin. Travel is required at 40% (Travel needs include in-state programming, in addition to Washington, DC and other program locations.)  Candidates must be able to drive, have personal transportation and the ability to travel to organizing sites across the state. Candidates must be prepared to work from a home office with equipment provided by URGE. 

Salary: $65,000 annual salary + benefits
