URGE Alabama worked on several Reproductive Justice issues during the 2025 Legislative Session, including advocating for a bill to untax menstrual products, baby supplies & maternity clothing and defending against abstinence-only sex education. Our 2025 version of the Alabama Young People’s Reproductive Justice Policy Agenda builds upon our 2024 edition, which continues to establish a clear foundation of state-specific legislative priorities that can support lawmakers who want to engage young people.
