Pitt Educates Students About Safe Cosmetic Products

The URGE Chapter at the University of Pittsburgh hosted a “Cosmetics Expo” to highlight the high level of toxic chemicals in our make-up products, including the effects these products can have on reproductive and overall health. They handed out educational materials about some of the alternative toxic-free products they can use. Attendees were encourages to sign a petition to support the Safe Cosmetics Act.
