Head of Rye Young Consulting Rye Young is the head of Rye Young Consulting which is committed to the advancement of social justice philanthropy. He most recently served as the Executive Director of Third Wave Fund where he began as an intern in 2008. Rye is passionate about expanding opportunities for communities who are most affected by oppression yet remain marginalized in progressive movements and in philanthropy. Rye currently serves on the Board of Directors of Funders for LGBTQ Issues and the Groundswell Action Fund and is a Trustee of the Freeman Foundation.
