National

Indigenous Women Rising: Abortion fund open to all Indigenous people in the United States and Canada who are pregnant and seeking an abortion in the United States.

The Brigid Alliance: Supports people who must travel long distances across the U.S. for abortion care, especially later in pregnancy.

Women’s Reproductive Rights Assistance Project (WRRAP): Provides funding for abortions or emergency contraceptives across all US states

WeTestify Self-Managed Abortion Comics: We Testify abortion storytellers partnered with artists who’ve had abortions to illustrate their stories and help more people understand why and how someone might choose to self-manage their abortion.

Helplines

If/When/How’s Repro Legal Helpline: Provides free, confidential legal guidance on where people can safely access information about their legal rights regarding self-managed abortion. Open to people in all states. Message through this secure online form.

Miscarriage and Abortion Hotline: Free, confidential hotline that provides medical advice during a miscarriage or abortion. Staffed by pro-abortion clinicians. Call or text 1-833-246-2632. 

National Abortion Federation Hotline: The NAF Hotline is available to answer any questions a person may have about abortion, unintended pregnancy, or related issues. This multilingual resource is free, completely anonymous, and offers services to everyone, regardless of their individual situation. Call 1-800-772-9100.

Reprocare Healthline: Free, confidential hotline that provides peer-based emotional support, medical information, and referrals to people having an abortion at home with pills. Call 1-833-226-7821.

All-Options Talkline: Free, peer-based counseling and support for people who are pregnant and unsure what to do next, or anyone who wants to talk about a past or current experience with abortion, adoption, parenting, infertility, or pregnancy loss. Call 1-888-493-0092

Alabama

Yellowhammer Fund: Abortion fund and reproductive justice organization in Alabama.

Planned Parenthood of Birmingham: Provides information about abortion care and other health services offered at the Birmingham Health Center.

Alabama Cohosh Collaborative: Provides in-clinic abortion doula support for people having surgical procedures at Alabama Women’s Center in north Alabama.

Access Reproductive Care (ARC) – Southeast: ARC-Southeast provides funding and logistical support to ensure Southerners receive safe and compassionate reproductive care including abortion services. Their services are open to pregnant folks in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

West Alabama Women’s Center: Abortion clinic located in Tuscaloosa.

Reproductive Health Services: Abortion clinic located in Montgomery.

California

ACCESS Reproductive Justice: Reproductive Justice organization and the only statewide abortion fund. Connection to direct services and funding for abortion care.

Jane’s Due Process: Helps young people in Texas navigate parental consent laws and confidentially access abortion and birth control. They offer free legal support, 1-on-1 case management, and stigma-free information on sexual and reproductive health.

The Bridge Collective: Provides practical support to those seeking abortion care in Central Texas. This includes transportation and travel aid, accommodation services, etc.

Cicada Collective: A queer and trans POC-centered organization that provides reproductive resources and addresses the needs of those located in the South (and other red-state communities).

Hoochies of Houston: Grassroots Reproductive Justice organization dedicated to the empowerment of Black people and protection of Black women.

Latina Institute for Reproductive Justice Texas: Reproductive Justice organization working to amplify Latina/x voices, as well as organizing and advocacy presence in Texas.
